What brand and style of lock boxes are you using? Has anyone tried the Nu Set or Vault electronic boxes during rehabs?

Thanks

Always use just one key, that is the entire reason for the lockbox, so you don't have to give out multiple keys.
I use many different kinds, any of which you buy at Home Depot or Lowes are sufficient. I don't like the dial type (school locker combo type) with the letters. They are more difficult to change the code and have less wiggle room for keys.

ADVICE: To all investors using lockbox combos - Instruct all yoru crew who are given the combo to get the key out, then immediately lock the combo box back up and spin the dials. Many times, you will see a crew get into a home and leave the lock box open and set on the combo numbers. Anybody walking buy can simply walk up, view teh combo sitting there and come back at night and steal or vandalize the property. I instruct all team mebers with the combo to obide by this instruction to avoid such an occurance. I also instruct them to keep the front doors closed and locked at all times when possible to prevent people from walking in (particularly those who may be city inspectors looking to rape investors for fees.)
