When you pull credit your legally bound to send them a pre-formatted rejection letter - the site I use to pull creidt does that for me automatically - I just tell them I deny this person and push print on the letter and drop it in the mail.I have never heard your legally bound to tell them your criteria upfront - but you are bound to say why you refused them if you pulled their credit (or had someone else pull it).

Unfortunately the fundamentals are in place because of an outlook of food shortages combined with too much freshly printed money circulating around the world chasing the shortages.

Even when I was younger I hated having roommates, it's enough sharing a 2500 square foot house with my wife.

Now from the looks of the roofline it does come down very low on the sides and I'm thinking my worst case scenario would be to have to tear the roof including trusses and build the walls up another foot or so to make that side comfortable, and put the roof back on.
