I have looked into a few ways to start off but would like to connect with people who are having success and can walk me through how to start.

But, far too often, I have seen new investors stuck in analysis paralysis because they are being a generalist. 

So far, I assume I was unlucky.Beside that the management team is fine.

The real estate training gurus say that investing in your backyard is no different than investing across country but what is said often is far from the truth. 

I want to make sure that I start off in the right direction.  

So far it's been just 75%. 

We sold the property a few years later off market for a 6 figure return.

In addition buying an existing ADU has the following advantages over building one 1) typically pay less for the ADU than the cost of doing a hands off ADU addition 2) get RE purchase financing which is superior to financing that is specific to the ADU addition.  3) there is no delay between financial outlay and income when purchasing an existing ADU.  

I would like a bank that I can log into and access multiple checking accounts that has a great mobile platform.What do you think of your experience with them so far?
