Hi folks,I am thinking about buying an investment property in dublin/pleasanton. ideally, i would like a good school district but local friends have told me that location near BART station has been popular even though school district especially elementary school is not that good. my question is how has the rental market been since covid hit. a friend is able to rent out her 4 bdr SFH in a new development for $4500, i wonder if there's more room to grow on rental income. any insights are appreciated
