It's zoned residential so according to the county I believe I can put one there.Where I'm confused is that the tax assessor web site lists the lot as "deed acreage:0, calculated acreage:0, land units:1The home is listed on the assessor website as in a subdivision so I'm thinking that might be why?

For one community we were able to find a website that the HOA maintained and they published different information that was helpful but I am having trouble trying to identify if a location is warrantable.  

Here's something I got from today - may serve a purpose to someone 💰👏🏼🤔I spoke with two colleagues, both with extensive marketing insight backed by many years in management, and instead of investing a lot of time and money in creating a website, they advised me to continue developing my network with Facebook.

Go to the County Appraisal District website for the county the homes are in and do the search with the addresses you find.
