Prepare the sub floor, float low spots, sand down high spots, take your time with the install, verify edges aren't damaged, maintain a clean working area, inspect and clean the channels before installing each plank, ensure a complete lock and verify seams are running square/even.

Until you have completed them a few times you will want to deliver these in person so they can look it over to ensure you don't have any errors or omissions. 

And the big players are quite open about it.

I would just throw out a reminder to anyone doing their marketing, that it is key to create all the typical players (FB, IG, Twitter, etc) and repost your content there.

Most companies are able to find general liability, but unable to find a company to ensure the park, homes, and ancillary structures. 

I would like to view a few (if possible) just to cross-reference them to my sheets and ensure my layout is efficient and not overlooking anything

Pricing - must be watched closely to ensure you are maximizing revenue for the unit.
