I was just thinking about this today as I was driving home: the federal government has implemented an evection freeze in effect until December 31, 2020 for all tenants claiming to be adversely affected by COVID-19.

This drives me crazy.  

Currently driving for dollars throughout the whole area and would like to narrow it down a little bit and avoid the not so great areas.Thanks for taking the time reading my post and looking forward to networking and growing with everyone.

Good example, I had a slight pricing and supply chain issue on some needed materials, I could have thrown $ at the problem but instead I made some calls and I bought a partial rail car of the material, lined up my own motor carrier, was able to cut 2 middle-men out of logistical chain, 1 1/2hr drive to rail yard to personally supervise and we got out materials, faster than anyone could deliver, for 30% discounting AFTER all associated costs.

Also driving by their house or a project of theirs, I had a GC try to sell me once and his house looked like trash, cmon, if you can’t take care of your house why would you take care of mine.

I’m under contract to purchase my first storage facility.It’s an out of state deal, though just a few hour drive away.I’m thinking through all I’ll need to keep in mind and want to consider prior to closing.

We have been looking in River West, Washington Heights, Martin Drive, Park View, and surrounding areas. 

When nobody can afford to buy or qualify to buy they'll go into rentals, and supply and demand can't help but drive rents up. 

I never buy new vehicles as you lose 10K the second you drive it out of the dealership.  

You have people moving here from New York, Boston, California, and other tech states driving up the rental market.
