I say pick a market, build a team and don't look back..

Also, I work on a fix and flip team, so adding wholesalers to our list is always something we are looking to do in order to find great investment opportunities for ourselves. 

Some are friendly more like a big team everyone always willing to help out.

@Lukas Parsons I can't answer that without knowing your (or your teams) full financial situation.

I also post this because I'd love to team up with someone who is looking for a young, hungry, like-minded real estate investor.

My personal experience is that by using an agent with a good marketing team, you can get a sales price that is high enough to offset the commission you will pay... but as an agent, I'm biased, of course. 

And the large complexes can actually be easier to manage because their size can often justify a dedicated maintenance person.    

I have dedicated literally everything I have to learning and perfecting my role in this industry.
