For date night, there is so much to do: Overton Square, Cooper-Young, downtime dining scene (Flight is our favorite), Orpheum, Grizzlies, concerts, not to mention the dining scene, especially what has popped up on Brookhaven Circle.

The lender did not tell us that the contractor used for this renovation loan had to be approved before closing (we've never done a reno loan before, now we know...) and we were working with Fannie Mae, whose asset manager was very strict about closing date.

To date we have generated $20M+ from that five hundred without incurring equity or debt.Here is my unsolicited advice and hope I don't sound like your father (not really):Do not barrow a dime.  

My anticipated completion date is December 31st, 2015.

@mark allen,If you can do a sub to agreement and bring the seller up to date then do a wrap mortgage, you can make a good profit even with little to no equity.

The first fellow phoned me back with an affirmative that he had never considered this before but would certainly be interested.

Her sellers are elderly, and simply ill-prepared to be out by the closing date.

The date is Saturday, January 2nd, at 10am near Eubanks and Lomas in northeast Albuquerque.
