My dad is a HUGE gun advocate/collector/hunter - He taught me things like, "if you want to put a gun rack in your pickup rear window, put fishing poles in them when you aren't using it because you don't want people breaking into your truck to steal your guns that they think are there under the seat because of the gun rack in the window.

I remember calling regarding a unit I had where the carpet was pulled away from the tack strip on a vacant unit I owned thinking someone was tring to steal it.

This event will likely change the inaccurate perception of RE investors and will be the first of many steps to irradiate the crooked gurus from our industry (Ok, that is fairly optimistic, but at least a great start!)
