I'm planning on potentially doing my first flip over the summer.

I made quite a bit of money during the summer season but it all ended when a tourist asked my doorman "where is apt## because im staying there for a few days"Is there anyone on this forum that rents out their NYC property to tourists and has overcame the legal hurdles?

Motivated to get started this summer and at least meet some other young investors who could use a hand or two.

I'm planning to buy my first property before summer arrives.

I know I would easily have tenants every year but I don't know if the deal would be profitable with all the work that needs done.My good friend's dad is a contractor and he would fix them both up with our help this upcoming summer and they would be ready to live in this fall.

That means it is up to us to plow it in the winter and patch it in the spring/summer.

I dont think I am giving up that much risk, but I am also not sure that I could get that much for it this summer.

The property is at 96 Summer Street, Waterville.

Hot in the summer but my reward was not listening to anyone.
