Should I buy them under my business name LLC or just under my name?

How have you brokers got your first deal after getting your certification or what were the first steps after passing your exam?

Your biggest hurdle will be dealing with regulation red tape, and finding a place where it can be done.

David, you guys are ethical in your approach and business practices and I love that about you guys.

I would call 10-15 local banks and credit unions and ask to speak to their business banker about business loans in LLCs.

It's so much more than the deals we close. 

While it may be a long shot, my team and I work with buyers/investors who may be interested in reviewing the deal to see if we can help out here.
