Hello BP,Im currently looking to connect with more experienced investors in south fl doing larger deals. 10-20 units.I could swing 10 by myself but interested to ride with a bigger investor looking to partner on larger deals.I would be an equity partner only.Also looking to lend hard money to  active flippers and investors in the Delray Beach area in the shorter term while waiting on the right larger deal as a buy and hold.Direct message me for details and available cash available to lend.

I am very eager to see what I can learn and how I can contribute to helping others learn through the Bigger Pockets forums.  

Think of it like a pie, you get 4 pieces of the pie and can choose which one is biggest, but to have a bigger piece the others need to be smaller. 

Been reading bigger pockets for a year, talked to a few current landlords, and been doing my research before I take the leap in being a landlord.

Currently I own a hand full of single family homes and some multiplexes up to 4 units. 1031 exchanging out of them to get into something much bigger.
