Hello BP,

Im currently looking to connect with more experienced investors in south fl doing larger deals. 10-20 units.

I could swing 10 by myself but interested to ride with a bigger investor looking to partner on larger deals.I would be an equity partner only.

Also looking to lend hard money to  active flippers and investors in the Delray Beach area in the shorter term while waiting on the right larger deal as a buy and hold.
