I know a big part of real estate investment is being able to spot and analyze a deal and wanted to get feedback on my analysis of the following property. 

I do not have any experience at this point but have been analyzing potential deals almost daily.

It’s located in a popular Air BNB resort area with a great school district.

Im sure this question has been asked a billion times however I wanted some input on what the process looked like when it comes to analyzing deals?

The popularity of short term rentals skyrocketed during the pandemic for three reasons:1.

My recommendation would be to find a market where the deals work (even if you have to analyze 20 deals before committing to the market) and go from there. 

Understanding common improvement costs and repair costs will help you locate and analyze future deals. 

You need to analyze markets for the returns you're trying to get and then reach out to people in that market such as agents, property managers, lenders, etc and see if you can start to build a good team there.
