It’s common for people to creat LLC’s names the street address of the property — that helps with remembering the property and associated LLC, but not so good for brand name recognition

I would want to see more info on the property - the layout, the interior/exterior condition, size and location (address to look at comps) before making any further recommendations.

Remember most asbestos doesn't have to be addressed, unless you plan to disturb it.

Hey Andrey,Absentee owners are owners whose mailing address is different than the property address. 

The two old ladies that worked for the agent for years happen to live down the street from the store office, couldn't be more thrilled walking five minutes to work compared to suffering an hour in the crowded subways going to the office in midtown Manhattan, in fact on 5th Avenue and 42nd street, a most prestigious address.
