Daily management is your contractor's job, not yours, unless it is a GC that is described as "three men with truck and tools" and advertises on craigslist, then maybe, it needs to be visited per day.

Account ClosedUntil your post I had not heard of them, nor seem the advertisement (could be in an ad set not targeted for my region), but it does sound like one of the many Who's Who scams that exist out there.Perhaps the best thing to do is send a note along to BP support advising them of the advertisement so they can determine whether it should be blocked.

I have located a homeowner who has abandon her home and moved across the country.When I spoke with her she told me that the home was in foreclosure and gave me the name of the lender whom she said held the mortgage.  

I saw the same property advertised on CL for around 27K less.3. some local yokel that put a property under contract (MLS listed) and was almost out of time and needed to "sell" it fast.The list goes on.

Since I can not advertise the site (BP policy non-pro) where is a neutral location in cyberspace to meet?

Maybe section 8 advertising channels might help?
