Biggest Issues when wholesaling in Florida
Hello BP friends!
Last night I went to bed thinking if you all have/had the same doubts and issues I have/had when working as a wholesaler.
My biggest problem since I first started in this business has been to find the really great deals and people to trust.
Everyday I receive at least 50 new opportunities from different people in Florida and don't really have time enough to go through all of them and double check all the info. Most don't even send the comps and some others are just too good to be true.
Also, I figured that most of them has an average ROI, so it has been hard to find the GREAT perfect "unicorn" that can be sold within the same day for a good margin of profit.
How do you all filter? Do you use your own tools/work by yourself or do you work partnering with other wholesalers and realtors as well to grow your portfolio and send to your clients?
I'd like to grow my inventory with these great opportunities and have been thinking and looking for better ways to do it.
Until now I keep studying and attending to courses and meet ups to learn more and more and more and I feel that every market is different (different interests, clients, momentuns etc) and we all have a lot of room to keep improving our skills.
My next course is happening in Ft. L in April and I've organized a meetup for this Saturday in Miami.
My post has the purpose to share experiences and get to know more one another.
Thanks in advance for all your replies
