Mortgage holder search
I have located a homeowner who has abandon her home and moved across the country.
When I spoke with her she told me that the home was in foreclosure and gave me the name of the lender whom she said held the mortgage. After having pulled up some information on the property I
saw that it was Lis pendis with several different lenders at one time or another but in foreclosure with none currently. My question is, how do I go about finding the current holder of the unpaid mortgage so I may negotiate with them.
Thanks
Nobuko
