I plan to put up a solar camera on the front end of the garage.It should be fully disclosed, there should be a specific purpose for it, and it shouldn't intrude on anyone's privacy.Example: "I have experienced several break-ins over the last two years.

I've been with Networth Realty since before we were Networth dating back 12 years ago.  

I like it a lot of my vendors move the inventory in 30 to 90 days so we are only paying sometimes as low at 90 to 150 for insurance per home.Now if your going to keep it a full year or more this is not always the most cost effective.. but it works for a quick and dirty solution.I used Foremost over the years for my MHParks that I owned.. they insruaed the crappy trailers in said parks LOL

we had a friend of the family finance the purchase with a 2 year loan at 8% interest.  

I think everyone will benefit from tightening the leash again I don't think this is true; I've been a moderator here 8 or 9 years, well before it sold, and it's just more of a volume of posts issue than anything else.

There is no downside to getting a HELOC, except that if you apply this year, most likely you will be getting a interest rate that will be around 7%-8%.

I haven't had any longer than 3.5 years, but its great so far!

Rent and condo fees (if applicable ) are regular, insurance and property taxes are once a year, repairs are random and (hopefully) infrequent.
