In my case, I will probably sell off a couple rentals, transition most of the others to property management, and invest the cash flow and capital gains into larger syndications (at least for now while mykids are young and free time is at a premium).

It was a great experience for us which transitioned us from being very hands on with our residential rentals here locally, to building a team and a system and allowing us (forcing us really) to be hands off.
