Hey I'm James, I'm new here to Bigger Pockets and real estate investing. I'm from the Boston Ma area and I currently have my bachelors in architecture with three years in residential (anything from new construction to any size addition) and currently working in commercial architecture (doing anything from 20 unit townhouses to hotels, large residential units, retail, biomed, schools, and more) while still doing residential on the side. I've been learning about wholesaling, flipping, lease options, buy and hold/ rentals, and ways to fund the deals with little to no money down. There is still a lot I have to learn before jumping into a deal especially the contract side of it. I'm an ambitious, hard, honest, worker with an easygoing fun personality. I have a lot to offer and know people in the trades. If anyone's interested in taking me under their wing I would love to grab drinks, coffee, lunch, dinner etc and see how we can help each other out.
