You are on the right track but remember each specific STR market / local area is going to have some tweaks - one thing I noted is that for the markets you are looking at can vary with temperatures - some different expenses/planning for areas that can have winters (snow, etc) that wouldn't be standard in other markets

He said he emailed us his 30-day notice to both of our personal emails two weeks ago, however neither of us received an email from him.

The person that is handling the eviction told me that county court still has not received the paperwork and JP court is claiming they have sent it.

I personally welcome the feedback as it can only help me become better at this.I think there needs to be a degree of fairness/ principle here though.

First step is figuring if the investment will go under personal name or a US entity, second is to open a US bank account, then you are set.

As well as guest room in the main house.These properties are all personally owned and obviously highly leveraged.

@Raza Rizvi  You should be able to refi the $100k at a standard 30 year term, and have very reasonable payments. 

Those fee should be standard across the board and be the same or very close to the same for whatever you build.Next you need to understand that usually the larger the property the cheaper it gets per SQFT.
