Works for the county as a social worker.I think that this started as one small personal charge here and one personal charge there as a form of unofficial payment for handling the association's business and then spiraled out of control once the charges had gone unnoticed.I have only looked 6 months back.

So my question is what do I do, I was told there is a $0 balance on the water here but was also told I need to go to a office, fill out a form, show the deed and present a social (which I dont have sense Im a Canadian).

If you just want to focus on the real estate and NOT the business, then your mission is to find a qualified operator to handle the business.   

It is smart to pay yourself even if it is a little because of social security rules and the ability to collect from them.  

Other then this issue i think im so far so good on my mission to completing my first deal.  

Bring it up in conversation at your next social or networking event and see who takes the bait.
