If you are considering getting started in the Residential Assisted Living, the 1st thing to understand is that it is both a real estate investment and a business.  If you just want to focus on the real estate and NOT the business, then your mission is to find a qualified operator to handle the business.   

The question is, what makes them qualified and where would I find them?
