While these were my costs in Colorado, I can't imagine California would be much different.

FYI, there was some talk about a BP meetup group forming up in Northern Colorado so you should look into that.  

I lived in Colorado also, so I totally understand what you are saying.

I would not let the women moving out off the hook, unless the incident falls under any domestic abuse laws that you may have in Colorado or he finds a replacement roommate that you find acceptable.

I think this used to be more common in Colorado.

( BTW, Name that film....)In my market (Colorado Springs) it seems like anyone who could qualify for a fourplex unit could equally well just rent a unit in a big apartment complex.
