New Member from Colorado

Hey Guys,

I'm a 23 year old, recent college graduate (last December) from Boulder, Colorado. I'm new to the website but have listened to many of the BiggerPockets Podcasts.  I am interested in beginning my real estate career by wholesaling properties and possibly acquiring a few mobile homes to rent out to build passive income.  Currently, I do not have much credit built up so I plan to build credit over the next 6 months and hopefully be able to get approved for loans next years so I can rehab and flip properties while wholesaling on the side.  I have done my research and I am constantly taking in new information but I have began to finally look at properties and take action right now! If any Colorado investors need any help with random tasks I'd love to get in contact with you and learn from you.
