Any real estate brokerages in the Charlotte area hiring with no experience willing to train?

The person doing my letters wants training so I pay her a flat fee of $500 for each closed deal from her letters. 

You’ll probably find advertisements for them in Marketplace.If you don't want to do that, than consider investing in training.

Good tenants on the other hand never have a problem with M2M, bad tenants will balk at a M2M and often walk away because they know they can easily be terminated if they are poorly trained tenants.

There are many double entry software systems that do not require a user to have an accounting education or training.

Definitely choose a broker who will provide you with excellent training!

Just be aware that the L train which services some areas will be unavailable for at least 1 to 2 years; so may be try to find properties closer to other train lines like the G,J,Z, etc.. 

Yup, new real estate agents in my state require more training than a tax preparer at H&R Block.Btw, I went to H&R Block once back in the late 90s, and despite being pretty much fresh out of college, I knew more about tax preparation than the person who did my taxes...and I found two mistakes that they then had to call over their one CPA in the office to correct.
