Any real estate brokerages in the Charlotte area hiring with no experience willing to train? Please any information from some local realtors would be gladly appreciated.

@Jamal Robinson NC requires you to be licensed before a broker can bring you on board. Once you complete that process you virtually get to pick  which firm offers you the best training and opportunity to work with. You can go with CPCC or private class like Superior. It's a tough license to get in NC, very arduous study to pass the exam. But you can do it. Persevere.

That being said, you can begin in the real estate business without a license for any personal transactions that you buy/ sell . There are multiple opportunities you can find at Meetup.com (search Real Estate invest- Charlotte) MetrolinaReia.org, CharlotteReia.com,  for education and training while you are still working your present job.   Persevere.
