Account ClosedI'm inserting made up numbers in your scenario and asking you to lay it all out beginning to end as clearly as you can so I can try to get from you your description of what you think you want to do because I'm trying to assess what you are thinking and whether or not what you're thinking is above board.You're saying your goal is to pay 70% or less which implies to me you're thinking you're dealing with normal sellers, so I'm heartened by that and that you responded to my crazy low numbers as absurd.

I like the suggestion about telling the Tenant you found out the W/D was the Sellers, and therefore now yours, and waiting to see how the Tenant responds......EXCEPT......After reading your response above, I believe that you do not have the ability to make claims of ownership to the W/D.If you ammended your lease to state that the Tenant will furnish their own, then you have already determined through the lease who owns the W/D.
