Most info is public records,  there's not much info about a loan that someone with the "know how" can't figure out just with an address or name . if you are wanting to invest in distressed properties you need to learn these things (not rocket science) with all due respect to Realtors  but very few really know distressed properties investment they usually will look for someone like me to do the due diligence for their investors but then again it pays to know the right people.

What I do expect to see though is that a lot of lanlords will pull together and sue their respective states if they dont immplement some kind of state payback program.

The other day there was a property whose starting bid was $4000, the property was ok with respect to the maintenance and it being in a 'D' grade pocket of 'A' class neighborhood but it went for $270~K, that was unbelievable.I need to find a good agent but I was having hard time connecting with one being a rookie "investor" if I can call myself that.
