BP Family!  Hope this post finds everyone well.  I just want to provide an update from my last post when I asked you guys to reach out if you were interested in appearing in my weekly Facebook and YouTube how - Market Hunter Thursdays with Herve.  It's been a huge success!!  For those of you who responded and came on the show to discuss real estate investing in your respective city - I can't thank you enough - the response has been amazing!   So far, we have "virtually" traveled to over 10 cities but we're not stopping because the audience is telling us they want more & they want to hear from investors who have found success in their markets!  

The next group of cities we are targeting (in no particular order) include: Tampa, FL; Chicago, Il; Jacksonville, FL; Washington, D.C.; Milwaukee, WI; Seattle, WA; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; San Antonio, TX; Boise, ID; Houston, TX; Indianapolis, IN; Detroit, MI; Denver, CO.  If you make a living investing in real estate in any of these cities, I would love to have you come on my show to talk best places to invest, real estate strategies that have worked for you and where you see trends going in your city.  We're on every Thurs. from 12p-12:30p ET (but we can accommodate) & the show is very laid back - full of q&a from me & sometimes our listeners.  Please let me know if you'd like to come on and we'll book you for the show!
