@Jasmine MilesThere are no loan products for multi family properties that are backed by GSE's so your down payment will be low. 

Most of the ones I find are primarily trying to sell some type of product. 

The older product is smaller but better located for walkability into the Grove.

Developers need to move product so we focus on where the demand is.

Well...This is not some magic product or course or strategy...This is honestly and simply JUST pure logic, common sense and intelligence to  not follow the other 95% of people on BP that fail.Everyone has a big mouth claiming they are the expert and that what they do works..
