@Danielle Tran, if its not in the lease they cannot make you stop selling those products.

Reliance on a team a flight away wasn't for me as I was getting started, I am considering bending that approach. 

When you go to a Bank or Credit Union, they can only offer you what products that bank or credit union offer. 

However, the high down payment and reliance on a DSCR loan could limit flexibility, especially with your DTI constraints.

Using a single OTA has too much reliance on that OTA for my liking.
