Post on craigslist for buyers, and grow your list.Getting buyers is stupid easy so don't waste too much brain power on this.Instead do SEO and now learn about Direct Mailing.Learn all you can, learn from the mistakes of others here.After about 1 month you should be here:1) have a solid understanding of SEO and you are ready to apply it to your site2) You have a solid understanding of DMM (Direct Mail Marketing) and you should be getting ready to send out your first campaign Each of these 2 points needs considerate subtasking but you need to start somewhere.

Those are are for profit teachers as well.Advanced training cost money.. whether its worth it to an individual is up to them.Also keep in mind most of the BP audience is buying rentals.. as cash flow is all they want and they think being a landlord will get them to the promised land ( whatever that is) and buying rentals is about as easy as anything in real estate anyone who can fog a mirror can understand the concepts.. anyone with 20k in their pocket and a decent fico can get a loan now a days.. so yes that takes no special brain power or advanced training.

Do this.Get a piece of paper, no computer, just paper.Write down the goals right .. 40 doors.in 5 years.Now go back fro that point and map out what you need to do backwards. then put a time line to all these little milestones and before you know it you will realize you need to start yesterday to make it happen.Do not do this and you forever will be "starting to start".Monkey power!

School is definitely an option, and for some the best option, but we have a lot of power and ability to develop ourselves too without relying on formal education and the high costs it incurs.
