I focused on getting to the peak, not the climb.  

I think there is a parallel with the  the Miami market-1200 units delivered last year, from a peak of 10,000 in '08, but 7300 under construction now (!)

I’ve done a lot of reading on BP and listened to many podcasts as a way to speed up my learning curve and let me tell you I am addicted to the site..

Another option is that you could buy a fixer and live in it while having contractors do some of the fixing to speed up the process.

I agree that some sort of a line of credit would give you the flexibility and speed that you are looking for.

You had better go look and study  some more  as that is not illegal  now if you are saying an out right lie yes you are right but that should not take a brain surgeon to figure that out lying on any application  is illegal  hello brain  going over the speed limit is illegal cheating on taxes is outright fraud  yes Mss MINDY thanks for your legal advise .Thank you all and have a great day
