Newbie from Houston Texas

I am new to the site and to Real Estate. I’ve been actively investing/trading equities as the main source of passive income for most of my young professional career. As my life priorities have shifted so I am now focusing on investments with cash flow. I am aspiring to get into some real estate investing in the Houston, TX area (my hometown). Other than my primary residence I do not have any real estate experience before. I’ve done a lot of reading on BP and listened to many podcasts as a way to speed up my learning curve and let me tell you I am addicted to the site.. I am so excited to learn, share, and meet new like-minded professionals on here.
