The major banks do not like LLC titled single family rentals, since they cannot push these into the bond market.Rates will be a bit higher, typically .5-1% with 75% LTV and often times short terms than conventional loans.Theoretically, you could plan to keep the house titled in one partner's name and have them take the mortgage, with the partnership agreement behind it to protect the remaining partners, but even then it is not as clean as titling the property and obtaining mortgage in the LLC.
