I moved to Columbus, Ohio a couple of years ago and recently started my career in real estate. How have you found success in a new to you city?  What were your strategies in starting a new business in a market that was saturated with your service and what direction did you take?

Hi @Doug Deighton, I would start by house hacking a duplex. This is a good way to get started because you can get a low down payment mortgage.
