So the reason I'm looking to pay someone, is because I've contacted not only the Secretary of State office here in Austin, but for few other local offices as well.

You never know when that can be the tipping point.

I just left my county assessors office today and she will be sending me every 2-4 unit property in my county today.

The loan officer won't be able to be predetermine and estimate who you hire and the cost for the architect.I would call your loan officer and be crystal clear to fix the situation. 

So there are many sites dedicated to listing all of the commercial office/retail space that is available for lease - but is there any site that allows those individuals/companies who are looking for office space to describe their needs and desired locations?

Would love any words of advice or tips.
