New to Real Estate in New Orleans

Hey everyone,

My name is Ray and I live in New Orleans, LA. I’ve been in interested in real estate for a while now but just didn’t know where or how to start and I figured this might be a good place. I know that I want to get into rental properties long term and was thinking of wholesaling or getting a real estate license as a start, since I don’t have any capital.

I’m hoping there’s someone in the New Orleans area or even elsewhere who would be willing to help me out and show me the ropes or even just give me some tips. I learn quickly especially if I’m interested in what I’m learning, which in this case I am.

I’m really excited to start this new journey in my life and meet all kinds of new people. I’m ready, willing and hungry to start working towards something for me and my wife.

Thanks for hearing me out haha,

Ray Forbes Jr.
