We want to pursue an investment mentality.  

Mental illness has many, diseases, and the type that cause a person to become homicidal are very rare.

However doing so is different than convincing someone to sell who doesn’t want to or getting a fantasy land seller out of their vacation mentality.

Real estate investing doesn't have room for half in mentality

That way they control when the call happens plus they are in charge but as you know the I will do it later bug populates many areas and then later turns into the forget it moth.Also with some people it took all the mental strength they had to dial that phone the first time, and they felt relieved when no one answered and the chances of them trying it twice is not very high.

I would like to address a concern I have about the herd-mentality of everyone and their uncle becoming "investors" and how this is likely to have very serious long term implications on housing that few have thought much about.

And murder, amongst other actions, runs contrary to that.I completely understand that most of the world operates under a right vs wrong kind of mentality.

Its about an abundance mentality or a scarcity mentality.

Thus making it mentally and financially easier to accept failure where, although an incorrect assumption, being an agent is perceived to be a career.

It's more about the live and let live mentality of people who want to be left alone.
