Do you call back or not?

I recently sent out some direct mail letters and received a few calls while away from the phone. Two of them did not leave a message, but I saw the missed calls on the Caller ID. Do you call them back or just place them in the "unmotivated seller" category because they didn't leave a message?

Sounds silly, I know, but I want to hear what my fellow investor would do. Thanks in advance!

I think the answer is bigger than calling or not calling. However the simple answer is.

Call every call back unless you have enough calls from highly motivated sellers. The reality is that a bucket full of highly motivated sellers takes a lot of marketing and most investors don't have their lead generation machine churning at that level.

The other reality is that in the beginning of a new marketing program to a new prospect group a lot is learned talking to fantasy land and non motivated sellers. Things you can't learn without the trench conversations.

Ultimately once marketing is in place and producing then set up a lead capture system that does the work of filter and categorizing

That capture system can be a voicemail system however it can also be a staff of buyers making relationships
