Training, marketing, etc aren't needed.

Just be sure to choose a brokerage that has most of their training online, and is set up in a way that works for part-time agents.

I never dealt much with this but I understand someone trained on it should be dealing with it.

So far BP has responded with two people, one who posts misinformation the average 7th grader could see through, and another who immediately jumps on the "I'm a realtor I'll help you liquidate your listings and get a fat check for no real effort with my 90 hours of training".

In addition to what @Rachel H. mentioned, each state has it's own Manufactured Housing Community Association who perform manager training on an ongoing basis.
