Real Estate Brokerage for New Agents

I am currently employed as a Registered Nurse and have been a RN for 18 years now. I would like to focus my time on real estate and definitely leave nursing ASAP. I am working on my real estate salesperson licensing. This coming Friday will be the last day of my class and hopefully will take the New Jersey state exam in few weeks. But there are too many brokerages out there... I am looking for any recommendations that would definitely help with training, generating and converting leads as a new agent... Thanks everyone and your words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!
