That is allowable, the investors IRA will probably receive a larger return than they would on the market, and you would have the money for the down payment on an investment property.

That is sort the same as saying they will foreclose you out sooner or later when it suits their needs.

They have equity % options, total assessed value, homeowner age, and tons of other factors you can sort your lists by.

We recently moved into a smaller home and are having trouble selling our former (and much larger) home.

If putting that much down you could go after a larger property that could throw off more yield upon rehab.

I prefer 3 & 4 bedrooms.More bedroom units will attract larger tenant numbers.
