The neighborhood is on US 1 close to the historic downtown, less that a mile from the beach and less that a .5 miles from the main shopping areas (Publix, Target, Ross, Marshels ect).

When I ran my HML shop the last thing I wanted was a foreclosure no matter the equity.

Please note, we would like to be near shopping malls and restaurants.

Wouldn’t go too crazy with them, especially if you are shopping for financing.

I'm an out of state landlord, so I am shopping for a competent property manager to manage my investment property. 

Multifamily apartment buildings, shopping centers, office buildings, etc.  

But, they generally are monthly meeting opportunities from local people.There are other types that you can find on Meetup.com that might just be a handful of people meeting at a coffee shop to more robust ones with guest speakers.REIA normally have annual memberships, but you can usually go as a guest.

We should preface it to say the home is near two small colleges, Google campus and near the shopping center (includes T-Joe). 

Shop around and find the best rate possible. 

I’ve already shopped around for a mortgage.
