I watched a video recently on a guy whose strategy in choosing a multifamily investment location is to find slower job growth.

The market here is relatively expensive, we both have pretty good jobs, but would like to avoid using our entire savings to get this off the ground.

They do a great job and we refer a lot of clients to them for out of state investors that invest locally here in columbus.

Look Here.You might ask the agent, who told you about being a showing assistant, if you need a license for that job. 

So it may feel like you are on an island by yourself at times but remember you have BP (good job on using it so far, but keep it up!)

I do believe sellers do not always respond well to real estate agents, if only because they quickly assume a 6% cost...but often from prior experiences. 100% commission jobs are often cutthroat.
