Part Time Start in Real Estate
Hello,
My name is Janelle Martin and I'm a new member located in Orlando, Florida. I've had a great interest in real estate for some time now and am looking for a way to get some experience on a part time basis. I don't have my license yet, but plan to attend classes and hopefully receive it by December 2017. An agent mentioned a Showing Assistant position to me and I found it to be one that I would enjoy. Do I absolutely have to be licensed to do that? Any other suggestions on getting my foot in the door prior to licensing? Thanks in advance for your help!
