I went to our county court website and she has been in court THREE times for eviction, multiple times for speeding tickets, once for a disorderly conduct and another time for some sort of dispute that I can't figure out.

We routinely get full price offers on our properties - especially in DFW - from retail buyers, but we are built for volume and speed so we do not often sell the retail route.

The more often the better, it'll help speed up your "at a glance" review of properties so you're not wasting time running numbers on properties in neighborhoods where you don't want to deal with the clientele.
